  I have gone here multiple times over the years but last night the gentleman working the drive thru and a out 11 at night was extremely rude and I still didn't get my proper order no drinks which I ordered one fry missing from the order I have has this happen multiple times but never such rude service from there staff I will never spend money at the one in ponoka again I will go to a &w much better service always

  I ordered 2 coffees and 2 hot chocolates, it took 15 minutes to get the drinks and the 2 hot chocolates were just condensed milk... no flavouring.

  They have new places where you add your own order but the receipt didn't work. McDonald's food isn't that great in my opinion.

  The drive through services here are quicker than eating in and the drive through people are mostly nice. Almost every time we go to this McDonald's were waiting 30+ minutes for our order. Last time we ate inside we waited about 45 minutes to an hour and we didn't even get what we ordered, the tables and floors were a mess and the ladies bathroom needed attending! I don't mean to dis this McDonald's but I'm not really satisfied with it and I don't want to lie and give it 5 stars lol.
